We become project managers, ensuring no important detail is missed and keeping the steps collaborative and manageable. Our brides are able to enjoy the wedding planning experience without the hassle of vendor coordination and communication or the worry of timeline management.

We become the editor and curator of your best day ever, while ensuring your personal style shines through. Custom design packages are crafted to reflect the individual style and taste of our couples. No detail is too small and no opportunity overlooked as we consider how to bring your vision to life.

Our design experience culminates with a big reveal day where you get to see a sample of your design plan in action.

Event Management

The Aisle Ally

We serve as your on site logistical experts, leading the team to ensure your day comes to life according to plan. We’ll create your personal timeline for the day and a version for your VIPs. We oversee installation, vendor arrival, bridal party management, put Plan B into motion, and greet and assist your guests, all while you focus on celebrating in the moment.

The Always-There Advisor

For our nonprofit events, we customize each package based on our client’s needs and budget. We have over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector from large-scale fundraising galas to intimate stewardship events. Our team is able to assist with more than just event planning logistics. We support large and small teams alike with custom sponsor packages and benefit fulfillment, auction solicitation, design and vision, management of volunteer committees and vendor sourcing and communication. We can also take on a larger role in your event process; managing sponsors and sponsorship requests, tracking prospects, scheduling meetings and preparing personalized request materials.

Whether you’re planning a milestone birthday celebration, an extravagant launch party, or a classic holiday soiree, we’re here to help with every step of the planning process. All of our services begin with a complimentary consult where we learn more about your goals for the event, overall budget and planning needs. Then, we create an estimate and get to work executing the details of your intimate party or big bash.

Pricing begins at $2,500

Includes a minimum of 25 hours of planning which can also be applied toward on-site management services.
